with a fully functional, Parallel Positioning System, for your Cleaver-Brooks

The Fuel Air Ratio Controller is a microprocessor based fuel-air ratio control
system. It consists of a fuel-air ratio controller and up to four positioning
actuators, a wiring subbase and commissioning software. The system controls the
relationship between fuel flow, airflow and, if needed, flue gas re-circulation
(FGR) when used on a single or dual fuel burner application.
The Cleaver-Brooks Fuel Air Ratio Controller allows independent control of fuel
and air set points throughout the firing range for each fuel. The
microprocessor-based technology can maintain precise air-fuel ratio control
across the operating range of your burner, so you can expect a high degree of
repeatability and efficient burner performance.
With independent control of the fuel and air set points the Fuel Air Ratio
Controller allows fuel specific low fire "light off" points, with a different
low fire point for each fuel. As a result, burner turndown can be maximized for
each fuel while maintaining the original burner design turndown.

independent control of the FGR set points, the Cleaver-Brooks Fuel Air Ratio
Controller improves the NOx control over the operating range, for each fuel.
This allows Low NOx boilers with FGR to switch fuels without requiring any
manual linkage changes. The Fuel Air Ratio Controller's unique light off and
low fire points per fuel type provides burner performance enhancements.
Compatibility with existing systems is yet another advantage of the
Cleaver-Brooks Fuel Air Ratio Controller. It is compatible with most flame
safeguard systems and the software is Windows compatible.
