Low NOx Boiler Conversion - Induced Flue Gas Recirculation (IFGR) Performance Guaranteed

Cleaver-Brooks IFGR conversions have been successfully installed in hundreds of industrial boiler systems nationwide. They have consistently met the most stringent emissions requirements, including the tough standards of the California-based South Coast Air Quality Management District.

Properly installed by a qualified Cleaver-Brooks technician, your new IFGR system will deliver these performance results:

• Emissions on natural gas reduced to less than 20 ppm NOx corrected to 3% Oxygen, dry basis, throughout the operating range. NOx emission levels are guaranteed for oil firing on a job-specific basis.
• CO levels on gas firing of less than 200 ppm (air free basis) throughout the operating range.
• Smoke spots levels on oil firing of less than #2 (Bacharach or ASTM)
• Turndown ratio of 4 to 1 on the standard burner (gas or oil).
• Optional high turndown burner, providing 8 to 1 turndown on gas and 6 to 1 turndown on oil.
